Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) was developed as tool that any one can use to help the get their mind in shape for new patterns and behaviours. It was created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970 who realised that if one person can acheive something a model can be created for somebody else to achieve the same goal. NLP helps people to do this by understanding each persons best style of communication, either Auditory, Kinesthetic and Visual. This way NLP can help remove limiting beliefs and help you develop new behaviours that help you lose weight.
